Who we are
Sensirel is operated by Yoan Caille and Abdellah Belouali. For anything in this policy, write to info@sensirel.com.
What this site collects
No account, no advertising tracker. Two measurement cookies, set only if you accept them, listed in our Cookie Policy. Your light or dark theme choice and your cookie choice are stored in your own browser and never sent to us.
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which runs on the same platform that serves this site. It writes no cookie and keeps no identifier for you. It records the page, where the visit came from and the country, nothing that points back to a person.
Google Analytics runs here only if you accept audience measurement in the cookie banner. It then writes the two cookies described in our Cookie Policy, which hold a random number so a returning browser is not counted as a new one, for 13 months. Advertising storage is switched off, so nothing feeds remarketing, and your IP address is shortened before it is recorded. Google processes that data on our behalf, on servers that may sit outside the European Union. We use both tools to know which pages are read, not to know who reads them. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page.
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any host, Vercel processes technical request data (IP address, browser, time of the request) to serve the pages and keep them secure. We do not use that data to identify you.
What you send us
When you email us or book a call, we receive what you choose to share: your name, your email address, your company and the process you want to look at. We use it to reply, to prepare the call and to follow up on that conversation. We do not sell it, rent it or add it to a mailing list.
The legal bases are our legitimate interest in answering a request you made, and the steps taken at your request before a contract.
Client data during an engagement
We build inside your accounts. Your data stays in your tools, under your access rules, and the way we handle it is set by the agreement we sign with you, including a data processing agreement when one is required.
How long we keep it
We keep a conversation for as long as it is active, and for the duration of the engagement if there is one. Ask and we delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to restrict or object to its use. Write to info@sensirel.com and we answer within a month. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
Changes
If the site starts collecting anything more, this page changes first, and the date at the top with it.
