When not to hire us
Most studios will take your call and find a way to say yes. We would rather tell you now.
Sensirel is one senior engineer at the head of a fleet of AI agents, put to work on a company's technical and automation problems. Not an agency. Not staffing. That shape is good at some jobs and wrong for others. These are the others.
Three companies we do not pursue
The large account with a long buying cycle
If the work starts with a tender, a procurement committee and a long wait, we are the wrong size. We deliver in weeks because nothing stands between the person who listens to you and the person who builds. A long cycle removes the one thing we are fast at.
The startup looking for a free CTO
If you want a technical co-founder for equity, or an MVP in exchange for shares, that is a real need. It is not our model. We are a command you bring in for a problem, not a partner you bring in for a cap table.
"We want a chatbot"
A request that names the tool before the process is a request we turn down. There is nothing to measure before, so there will be nothing to show after. Come back with the work that is still done by hand, and the tool will choose itself.
Two situations where another route is better
One simple task in one tool
If the job lives inside a single tool and the logic never branches, a no-code template will have it live the same afternoon. Use it. It will crack the day a conditional step appears or a third system joins the flow. Call us then, not before.
You need someone to own this full-time
If automation is becoming a permanent function in your company, hire for it. You get full-time ownership. Know what it costs: slow to recruit, expensive to keep senior, and a single point of failure the day they leave.
What is true of our own route
It costs more upfront than a template. And we cannot size it honestly without a scoping call. If either of those is a problem today, it will still be one later.
What happens if you call anyway
The first conversation is a free audit, and the map is yours to keep whatever you decide. If the honest answer is a template, or a hire, or nothing yet, that is what the map will say.
Bring one process. If we are the wrong answer, you will hear it from us first.
